Open letter to
Who looks like powerful but forgetting history
*15000 Haitians, all with aids*
The media reported it with a purpose, and we don't know why.
The powerful denied it and we don't know why.
One thing is sure, it's not the first time!
Thirty years ago, some people used our dear name, our proudfull name (haïtian) to walk on us, to destroy us, to stigmatize us about the spreading of a disease (aids) which we was only a victim.
Today some people want to use the same topic not only to destroy us but also to manipulate and brainwash all an electorate for which the stigma was fighting like a non-sense.
The main reason is that we always ask why? Why our name?
Because we are human, sensitive, emotional, doubtful like all the humanity.
But today we don't have to ask why? Why our name?
Because some non-sense don't deserve our emotion, our frustration. It's matter to ignore them.
We came here for some humanitarians reasons. We came not like some dreamers but with the conviction if we work hard we will be successful because the stereotype made of this land *THE LAND of OPPORTUNITIES.
It's maybe a wrong stereotype, but until now our hard work give fruits personally and for all our countryside.
It's not the time to deny, it's not the time to play the victim. It's the time for justice. It's the time to safe the blood and spirit of thousands people whom with their hard-working, without a criminal record made this great AMERICA.
If we together made this AMERICA great, why couldn't we together make the greatest one?
